How many days of training are included per week?
Our affiliate training includes five days of programming per week. Need more workouts? Just reach out to our team after registering and we will work with you to find something that is a great fit for your gym.
What if I have a question about the programming?
Our team of coaches will get back to you within a day to support you with whatever questions you might have.
How is the programming delivered?
We use Fitr Training to deliver a premium training experience. You and your coaching staff will be able to review the workouts, notes, and videos all on your phone.
Can I see a sample of the programming?
Absolutely! When you click "Start Now" you will be given access to a full week of programming. If you like what you see, great! You will automatically be sent more programming at the end of the trial week.
